Intragroup transfer of SKAGEN UK branch to Storebrand

SKAGEN's UK branch has transferred to Storebrand Asset Management UK Ltd ("SAM UK"), a newly incorporated subsidiary of Storebrand Asset Management ("SAM").

SKAGEN's UK branch has transferred to Storebrand Asset Management UK Ltd ("SAM UK"), a newly incorporated subsidiary of Storebrand Asset Management ("SAM").

Following the intragroup transfer, the SKAGEN team, all SKAGEN business and office address have moved to SAM UK, which now forms part of the wider SAM Group. SAM UK will continue to distribute Storebrand and SKAGEN funds in the UK.
